Job summary

Cypressbrook Multifamily Management is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor in Huntsville, AL to lead the maintenance team, ensure timely repairs and turnarounds for market-ready apartments, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in facility maintenance with HVAC experience and an EPA license. You will hire and train staff, coordinate with vendors, and maintain excellent resident relations while managing on-site operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facility maintenance and mechanical repair experience.
• Supervisory experience in property maintenance is required.
• EPA Type II/III or Universal license is required.
• HVAC experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance team to repair and maintain property facilities and apartment units.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing assigned staff.
• Ensure market-ready turns of vacant units to meet leasing demand.
• respond to service requests promptly and courteously.
• Oversee vendors and ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance.
