You will supervise HVAC systems, coordinate multi-trade work, and ensure timely response to resident requests, including scheduling 5-day turns and vacancies. A valid driver’s license and HVAC certification are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge with hands-on maintenance and leadership.
• Experience managing maintenance teams and schedules.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control awareness.
• Excellent communication with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Ability to supervise multi-disciplinary tasks (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Licenses/certifications in HVAC and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor maintenance team; assign tasks and on-call coverage.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and pool maintenance.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance across properties.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and vendor relationships.
• Schedule vacancies and 5-day turns for units.
