BSR REIT in Little Rock, AR is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance of our apartment community. You will perform repairs, coordinate tasks, and ensure timely responses to work orders while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks, preparing vacants, and pool upkeep. EPA certification or HVAC license is required, along with a valid driver’s license and 3–4 years of experience in maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years general maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, swimming pools and carpentry.
• Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose, install and repair HVAC.
• EPA certification and/or HVAC license required.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the assigned apartment community.
• Preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents.
• Responding to work orders in occupied apartments.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repairs.
• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Lock installation and repairs.
• Minor plumbing.
• Minor painting.
• Minor carpentry.
• Appliance installation and repairs.
• Swimming pool maintenance and repairs.
