Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of sales experience (HVAC experience preferred).
• Clean background, drug screen, and valid driver’s license.

• Educate homeowners on comfort systems and guide them toward best solutions.
• Deliver professional, high-impact sales presentations that communicate value.
• Ask thoughtful questions to uncover customer needs and tailor options.
• Prepare accurate proposals and pricing within company guidelines.
• Secure customer-approved agreements for all projects.
• Follow up after site visits to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams regarding job details, financing, and scheduling.
• Provide installation teams with clear expectations using photos, drawings, and written instructions.
• Stay engaged with installers and customers during projects to ensure a smooth experience.
• Build long-term relationships and actively generate referrals.
• Prospect new customers through outreach efforts and networking.
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of sales experience (HVAC experience preferred but not required)
• Prior HVAC industry exposure is a plus
• Clean background, drug screen, and motor vehicle record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
