Shamy Heating and Cooling in Toledo, OH seeks a Comfort Advisor to drive high-earning sales in HVAC and plumbing solutions. You will meet homeowners, tailor proposals, and close agreements with a consultative approach.

This role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and a performance-driven culture, with flexible hours including evenings and some weekends, backed by uncapped commissions and strong earning potential.

Competenze

• 4+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing system sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in related industries such as kitchen/bath, windows, siding, roofing, insulation, or home performance is a plus.
• BPI, NCI, or similar certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales strategy and customer psychology.
• Excellent organizational and pipeline management skills.

Compensation

$120,000 – $250,000+ per year (uncapped commission)

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring
