F.H. Furr is seeking an HVAC Selling Technician who can diagnose and repair residential systems and confidently propose upgrades during service visits. This role combines skilled HVAC work with on-the-spot selling to help homeowners choose the best solutions for comfort and efficiency.

Reporting to the Frederick, MD location, the position offers a lucrative compensation plan with annual bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including a company truck and ongoing training.

Qualifications

2+ years in residential HVAC service, repair, or sales.
Strong technical ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
Sales-oriented mindset with ability to recommend and sell on service calls.
Excellent communication to explain technical issues to homeowners.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems during service calls.
Identify opportunities for system replacements when appropriate.
Educate customers and provide honest, professional recommendations.
Sell new systems on the spot when suitable to meet homeowner needs.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term trust.
