Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential HVAC service, repair, or sales.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC issues.
• EPA certification (NATE a plus).
• Customer-focused with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Identify opportunities for system replacement and educate customers.
• Sell new systems on the spot when appropriate.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds long-term trust.
