Diamondback Mechanical Group in Texas is seeking a full-time HVAC Sales Specialist to join our locally-owned team. You will assess homeowners’ needs, recommend equipment, and guide customers through financing options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 3+ years of residential HVAC sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Professional, clean-cut appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel; Manual J calculations.
• Able to move equipment and access attics.
• Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Hit the road to assess HVAC systems and provide expert recommendations.
• Conduct airflow analysis, Manual J calculations, and infrared measurements to select best equipment.
• Educate customers on options and financing plans tailored to their budget.
• Coordinate with the install team to ensure a seamless experience for homeowners.

As you conduct airflow analysis, Manual J load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements, you determine the best equipment for each home. Your ability to connect with clients and earn their trust makes all the difference.
