Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of face‑to‑face sales experience.
• Proven ability to close and overcome objections.
• Driven, competitive, and passionate about the hunt.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and cultivate long term relationships.
• Proficient with software and technology.
• HVAC experience preferred but not required — we will train you on the product.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and a cell phone with internet connection.
• Follows our tobacco‑free policy.
