Aire Serv of South Austin is seeking an HVAC Sales Representative to drive residential and commercial sales from Austin, TX. You will visit homes and businesses to assess HVAC needs, propose replacements, maintenance plans, and indoor air quality upgrades, while building relationships with property managers and commercial landlords.

You will earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with a realistic total compensation potential.

Qualifikationen

• Prior HVAC sales experience.
• Ability to generate your own leads.
• Strong communication, social, organizational, and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience
• Build a sales lead funnel through inbound and outbound efforts
• Hold in-person and phone meetings to identify needs and upgrade opportunities
• Develop relationships with property managers and commercial landlords
• Generate leads through networking, community events, and outbound calls
• Work with our service and installation teams so jobs are scheduled as sold
• Be self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused with a bias for action
