Job summary

Aire Serv of South Austin is seeking an HVAC Sales Representative to drive residential and commercial sales from Austin, TX. You will visit homes and businesses to assess HVAC needs, propose replacements, maintenance plans, and indoor air quality upgrades, while building relationships with property managers and commercial landlords.

You will earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with a realistic total compensation potential.

Qualifications

• Prior HVAC sales experience.
• Ability to generate your own leads.
• Strong communication, social, organizational, and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Full time

Base salary plus uncapped commission. [$25,000–$35,000] annual base, plus commission on the sales you generate.

Role overview

The HVAC Sales Representative proactively generates residential and commercial sales and nurtures client relationships. You will visit homes and businesses to assess HVAC needs and recommend system replacements, repairs, maintenance plans, and indoor air quality upgrades. You will also build relationships with offices, commercial properties, and multi-family properties for maintenance, service, and equipment replacement.
