• Follow up site visits to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Review all jobs with the department manager.
• Communicate job details to support staff, financing, and scheduling.
• Submit required forms with photos via email and describe specifications.
• Coordinate job requirements with installers and convey customer expectations.
• Maintain contact with installers and customers during installation.
• Prospect for new customers via outbound calls and neighbor outreach.
• Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions.
