Qualifications

• 3 years of Sales experience minimum.
• 3 years of HVAC experience preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods.
• Must pass a motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers in new comfort systems.
• Execute sales presentations and build value greater than the customer’s investment.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
• Assist customers to achieve healthy, comfortable environments by identifying needs.
• Obtain customer authorized agreement for all jobs.
• Complete proposals and price jobs within company standards.
• Prospect for new customers by outbound calling or contacting neighbors of recent installations.
• Attend and participate in regular sales meetings and training.
