You will prepare proposals and bids, negotiate terms, and coordinate with engineering, estimating and project management teams to ensure successful, on-time project execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC sales experience, preferably with mechanical contractors or commercial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and drawings.
• Experience with construction documents and plan takeoffs.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop relationships with mechanical contractors and project stakeholders.
• Promote and sell HVAC systems, components, and services to contractor needs.
• Conduct site visits, assess requirements, and provide technical consultation.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals, bids, and presentations.
