Responsabilités

• Present a professional appearance with Home Depot to support the company image.
• Communicate the benefits of HVAC products and services.
• Initiate communication with prospective customers during their store shopping experience.
• Proactively greet customers, qualify potential purchasers, and generate leads for sales appointments.
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot store associates and management.
• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and store employees.
• Achieve specified program KPIs and goals.
• Attend required meetings and training courses.
