Job summary

Hockers Plumbing, Inc. in De Pere, WI seeks a self-motivated HVAC Sales Manager with a positive attitude to join our growing HVAC team. You will lead a high-volume service department and drive sales performance.

You will develop KPIs, hire and train technicians, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining CRM standards and documenting all work to company requirements. Prior residential HVAC sales and leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC sales experience (leadership preferred).
• Strong organizational leadership to grow a technician team.
• Strong diagnostic skills on residential and light commercial equipment.
• Great attitude, high energy, strong communication, sales-driven.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Experience with ServiceTitan is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of a high-volume HVAC service department and staff.
• Develop KPIs and track team and individual goals.
• Hire, lead, and train a team of technicians.
• Teach sales techniques and new sales approaches.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with customer, office staff, sales department, and field help.
• Report on team performance.
• Document all calls/jobs per company requirements.
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.
• Develop efficient, scalable processes that provide consistent, measurable results.
• Maintain the CRM in accordance with company standards.

What YOU will do:

• Daily management of high-volume service department, HVAC service technicians and staff
• Develop KPIs, communicate and track team and individual goals that build organizational success
• Hire, lead, and train a team of techs on technical and sales knowledge.
• Knowledgeable on how to teach sales and new techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service; be able to communicate with customer, office staff, sales department, and field help.
• Report on team performance.
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
• Develop efficient, scalable processes that provide consistent, measurable results
• Maintain the CRM in accordance with company standards

What YOU will bring:

• 5+ Years residential HVAC Sales experience, management experience preferred
• Strong organizational leadership skills to lead and grow a team of technicians.
• Strong technical background in diagnostic skills on all residential and light commercial equipment.
• Great attitude, high energy, great communication skills, sales driven.
• Strong computer skills (word, excel, adobe, etc.)
• Experience with Service Titan is desired but not required.
• Valid drivers’ license and ability to pass background test and drug screen applicable per law
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors
