• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
• Enthusiasm for the HVAC industry and a desire to learn about HVAC systems, products, and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Representatives: Support sales representatives and analyze mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Market Research: Identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor analysis for HVAC sector.
• Sales Collateral Development: Help develop sales materials, presentations, and proposals for HVAC solutions.
• Project Summary Assistance: Maintain CRM records, documenting HVAC-related leads and interactions.
• Customer Communication: Engage with HVAC customers via email, phone, and in-person meetings to answer inquiries and guide them through the sales process.
• Sales Reporting: Help generate HVAC sales reports and analyze data for growth opportunities.
