The ideal candidate will be hungry for customer acquisition, capable of managing a CRM-driven pipeline, and adept at communicating and negotiating to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience selling a product or service.
• Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals.
• Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating.
• Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, promote, and sell HVAC products and services to prospective customers.
• Develop and foster relationships with prospects to close sales and drive revenue growth.
