Blanton’s Air, Plumbing & Electric in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an HVAC Sales System Specialist to join our 75-year tradition of trusted home services. This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential for top performers who solve customers’ problems.

Meet with homeowners, assess systems, present upgrades, and guide the sale from initial consultation to installation handoff. You’ll work with our installation and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping and outstanding customer

Qualificações

• 3+ years of residential HVAC sales, in-home sales, or related experience.
• Strong consultative sales skills with ability to build trust and close deals.
• HVAC industry knowledge strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Can Do attitude and growth mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Meet homeowners to understand comfort needs and goals.
• Evaluate HVAC systems and propose replacements or upgrades.
• Educate on options, financing, and long-term value.

• Maintain accurate project and sales documentation.
• Follow proven sales process toward goals.
