Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC sales or related experience.
• Strong consultative sales skills with ability to close.
• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand comfort needs, priorities, and goals.
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and develop customized replacement and upgrade solutions.
• Educate customers on system options, financing, and long-term value.

• Own the customer experience from initial consultation through handoff.
• Partner with installation and operations teams to ensure proper scoping.
• Maintain accurate customer, project, and sales documentation.
