You will process sales, scheduling, quotes for mini-split systems, and coordinate with internal staff to ensure timely, accurate information and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of administrative or sales experience; HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and facilitate the HVAC team's processing of sales, vendor rebates, installation scheduling, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Over time, aid sales personnel with mini-split systems quoting.
• This is an introductory role with a path to become a junior salesperson.
• Identify customer needs and utilize company resources to meet them.
• Follow-up on orders and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Provide accurate information as customers move through installation.
