Job summary

Granite-Group in Waterville, ME is seeking a motivated counter sales associate to support customers with HVAC and plumbing products. You will deliver outstanding service, answer inquiries, recommend solutions, and process transactions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This dual-role also assists in the warehouse, helps with inventory, and keeps displays and records accurate. A friendly communicator with strong organizational skills will thrive here and contribute to the sales team's

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience strongly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer proficiency required: HVAC or plumbing knowledge is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product inquiries and purchases.
Recommend products tailored to customers’ needs and preferences.
Accurately process sales transactions and maintain computer records.
Keep the work environment clean, organized, and safe.
