Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (HVAC, home improvement, or in-home sales preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning HVAC systems and sales tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Self-starter with a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling!).
• Provide accurate and tailored quotes for HVAC replacements and upgrades.
• Explain HVAC system options, energy efficiency, and financing plans.
• Follow up with leads and nurture ongoing customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Use CRM tools to track opportunities and manage pipeline.
