American Residential Services is seeking an in-home sales consultant to meet homeowners, assess needs, present options, and close deals with transparent pricing. You’ll work warm leads with no cold calls, backed by an uncapped commission structure and weekly settlements, plus a take-home vehicle and company resources.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required.
• In-home sales or one-call-close experience preferred.
• Residential HVAC knowledge welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess and quote needs.
• Present product options, explain installation details, and provide transparent pricing.
• Conduct pre-scheduled, in-home sales appointments with homeowners.
• All appointments are set by ARS based on incoming service calls or inquiries.
• Build relationships, assess customer needs, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Present financing and promotional options to close deals efficiently.
