Job summary

Redlands Plumbing Heating and Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for residential service in Redlands, CA. The role offers an 18% commission on gross sales plus bonuses and a $6,000 sign-on bonus, with a schedule of Monday–Friday and some peak-season weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, consulting with customers on options, and using Service Titan CRM daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in residential HVAC service.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Pass background check and drug test after conditional offer.
• Experience with light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Familiar with Service Titan CRM usage.

• Residential and light commercial service work
• Service, maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of HVAC systems
• Diagnose HVAC equipment
• Consult with customer on repair, replacement, and upgrade options
• Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, including inventory and retail pricing
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Daily use of Service Titan our cloud-base CRM
