Jobot is seeking a Service Project Manager to lead HVAC retrofit projects across commercial and industrial environments. You will coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver on-time, on-budget projects with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred or relevant experience.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC service industry.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Negotiate contracts effectively with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
