Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2+ years of project management experience in HVAC, construction, or controls or 6+ years directly related experience without a degree.
• Familiar with HVAC systems, temperature controls, and energy management.
• Experienced with Microsoft Project, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end execution of service contracting, retrofit, and replacement projects.
• Lead teams of installers, subcontractors, and technicians.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Oversee quality control, compliance, and safety standards.
• Serve as the primary customer contact.
