Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical construction projects in Minneapolis and surrounding areas. You will oversee preconstruction through turnover, manage budgets, schedules, and safety, and coordinate with owners, designers, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HVAC/mechanical construction, strong knowledge of systems, piping, sheet metal, controls, and familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC or mechanical construction projects.
• Experience overseeing projects from preconstruction through final turnover.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, piping, sheet metal, and controls coordination.
• Ability to manage budgets, scheduling, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from preconstruction to turnover with a focus on safety, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Review drawings and specs, manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and maintain client satisfaction.
