Job summary

Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing is seeking a Retail Program Manager to lead the HVAC lead generation program inside national home improvement stores. You will manage a team promoting HVAC services, inspections, and indoor air quality solutions, with 60–65% field time in Charlotte region.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of sales experience; prior retail team leadership is preferred. Weekend availability and travel are required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of demonstrated sales experience.
• Prior experience managing retail teams or field sales teams preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong customer engagement and sales coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail sales team in the HVAC lead generation program.
• Manage daily/weekly performance, schedules, and activities to meet goals.
• Hold regular team meetings to train, motivate, and support associates.
• Provide coaching and leadership support to team members.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase HVAC lead generation and retail performance.
• Spend 60–65% of time in the field supporting store partnerships.
• Build relationships with store managers and home services teams.
• Track and report key performance metrics.
