Job summary

Ragsdale Heating & Air in partnership with Home Depot seeks a Sales Lead Generator to engage customers in-store, qualify prospects, and schedule HVAC service appointments. You will represent the program, communicate benefits, and work closely with Home Depot staff to drive conversions.

The role emphasizes high energy, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a busy in-store environment while achieving KPI targets and attending trainings.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-person sales or lead generation is preferred.
• Ability to engage customers in store and identify opportunities for HVAC services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for Home Depot partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company's business image with Home Depot.
• Maintain and utilize HVAC kiosk/display to communicate benefits of HVAC products and services.
• Initiate conversations with prospective customers during their store shopping experience.
• Qualify potential purchasers and schedule sales appointments.
• Build relationships with Home Depot associates and management while working in the store.
• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and staff.
• Meet program KPIs and participate in required meetings and training.
