Job summary

You will perform inspections, document findings, and communicate recommendations to clients.

The role requires a high school diploma/GED and 1–3 years of HVAC experience; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems.
• Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to explain options clearly.
• Ability to operate a tablet/smartphone and read maps or GPS directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of HVAC units for residential and/or commercial customers.
• Perform thorough HVAC inspections and communicate findings to clients in writing.
• Help complete service documentation and manage fees with office staff.
