Job summary

Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Technician to support outstanding customer relations by ensuring top-quality installations are performed on schedule and at competitive prices. You will oversee install teams and uphold safety and code compliance.

Applicants should have EPA certification; a high school diploma is required, and NATE or HVAC diploma is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• EPA Certified.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• HVAC certification or Diploma preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Directly manage install technicians, including training, planning, assigning, appraising performance and coaching.
• Quality checks on recent HVAC installations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and problems in a timely manner; resolve customer complaints.
• Assist technicians in bidding and estimating jobs.
• Ensure work complies with state, local and Federal regulations and safety standards.
• Pursue training opportunities to improve capabilities.
• Run weekly training meetings on sales practices, new products, and KPI reviews.
• Supervise Apprentices
