Job summary

Service Experts LLC is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant in Utah to advise homeowners on high-efficiency HVAC and water heater options. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management with internal leads and your own prospect pipeline.

You will collaborate with technicians on site visits to tailor solutions to each home. You should have 2+ years in direct sales, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or GED required. A Bachelor’s degree or related professional sales certifications preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably direct-to-consumer (B2C).
• Skills: Strong business development, excellent negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Communication: Ability to educate customers and present technical concepts clearly; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling: present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to customers.
• Customer experience: build lasting relationships through a customer-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Sales generation: drive growth via internal leads and your own prospect pipeline to close sales.
