Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years in reliability or technical engineering roles.
• Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, pressure vessels, and water systems.
• Strong RCA, data analysis, and root cause investigations.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, develop, monitor, and refine maintenance plans for assets with focus on compliance with mechanical engineering standards.
• Provide specialized technical support for mechanical equipment and fixed assets, including troubleshooting HVAC systems, boilers, pressure vessels, and water systems.
• Collaborate with HVAC, engineering and operations teams to evaluate assets and manage life-cycle processes.
• Develop risk management plans addressing reliability and non-reliability risks impacting operations; participate in RCA meetings.
• Identify faults using established procedures and analyze OOR data to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance schedules, configurations, and technical references; write/review technical documents.
