Qualifications

• EPA universal certification required.
• Experience with building HVAC systems and calibration of related instruments.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to team members and oversee timely completion.
• Install, repair, adjust, service and maintain HVAC systems and related control components.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment ensuring code compliance and safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify corrective actions.
• Monitor the Metasys BMS system and coordinate with teams as needed.
