TCL North America is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the U.S. HVAC market.

This role reports to the Director of Business Development - HVAC and leads day-to-day regional execution, building strong relationships with distributors, manufacturers' reps, and key customers across residential and commercial segments. The ideal candidate has deep HVAC channel experience, proven leadership, and the ability to balance tactical execution with regional strategy in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 8–10 years in HVAC sales, including 5+ in regional/leadership roles.
• Experience selling through wholesale distribution and manufacturer's reps.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue, growth, and market penetration.
• Own regional sales targets and budgets; monitor performance and take corrective actions.
• Coach and manage manufacturer's representative agencies in the region.
