This role ensures smooth cross-functional execution and aligns Center activities with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5-10 years operational experience in HVAC wholesale distribution.
Proficiency in air conditioning, heating and ventilation at wholesale level.
3-5 years of contractor relationships experience.
Proven success in sales, marketing, operations and leadership.
Proven success in mentoring sales staff and setting sales goals.
Strong interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills.
Ability to analyze sales and market data.
Ability to read and interpret P&L statements.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to give quality presentations.
Independent worker, goal-oriented.
Willing to learn, teach and lead.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Provide instruction, training and guidance to the operations of Sales Centers; including Warehouse, Shipping/Receiving, Delivery, Fleet Drivers, Showroom, Warranty, Counter Sales and Inside Sales personnel.
Educate Sales Center Managers on inventory management performance topics and train underperforming centers on performance improvements.
Assist and train Sales Center employees on merchandising products and conducting open houses or Counter Days; support sales/marketing promotions as they pertain to operations.
Support implementation of new or modified products, policies and procedures issued by corporate departments and/or Division President.
Review weekly reports on action slow and damaged inventory with Regional and Sales Center Managers; suggest improvements for underperforming locations.
Support training meetings with Regional and Sales Center Managers; coordinate with Division President for annual managerial training conferences.
Attend Regional Sales meetings to stay updated on sales initiatives; accompany Regional and Territory Sales Managers visiting customers to resolve operational topics.
In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is accountable for all other duties as assigned.
