Job summary

Daikin Applied Canada, Inc. is seeking a Regional General Manager to lead CANE region sales and operations across Ontario, Quebec and the Northeast US. You will drive growth, build high-performing teams, and align factory sales and service with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, guiding rep networks, and ensuring a seamless customer experience with a unified face to customers. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in HVAC equipment sales, service, or related industries.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience.
• A full P&L management background with strong balance of strategy, operations and finance.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Establish annual sales and profit forecasts aligned with growth plans.
• Lead factory district sales and service budgets and objectives.
• Coordinate with Reps to communicate and achieve sales targets.
• Drive operational excellence and growth across sales, service and parts.
• Provide regional and district leadership to execute business plans.
