Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an HVAC Regional Director II to lead the financial and operational success of the Field Management department across the region. You will direct regional strategies, align resources, and drive initiatives to achieve revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and organizational objectives.

You will mentor multiple management layers, oversee budgets, forecasts, and compliance, and partner with executive leadership on long-term growth plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in regional or senior leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct regional business strategies and operating plans to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop multiple layers of management through coaching and performance management.
• Oversee budget development, forecasting, and expense management for regional operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and governance standards across markets.
