Minuteman Food Mart is seeking an HVAC Refrigeration Technician to install, repair, and maintain retail and restaurant facilities, including fuel equipment. You’ll work under the Director of Facilities & Projects to keep operations safe and efficient across all sites.

The role requires a high school diploma and HVAC/Refrigeration certifications, with 5+ years in the field. On-call duties, driving, and lifting up to 125 pounds are expected, with a mix of indoor/outdoor work.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Required Certification(s): HVAC, Refrigeration.
• Preferred Certification(s): Plumbing, electrical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of field experience.
• Ability to drive; lift to 125 pounds; work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• On-call to respond to emergency needs and other service issues.
• Coordinate repair and installation activities for grounds, buildings and equipment at retail sites.
• Develop preventive/predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and save costs.
• Review cost estimates to ensure competitive pricing for jobs.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to build relationships across markets.
• Order, control and monitor inventory of all equipment parts for Retail Sites.
