Job summary

Qualifications

• HVAC/R certification or equivalent
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant systems
• Experience with building controls and energy management systems
• Excellent communication with customers and team members

Responsibilities

• Installs HVAC and refrigeration systems and calibrates controls.
• Diagnoses and resolves mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues across commercial/industrial systems.
• Performs preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and minimize downtime.
• Maintains and repairs refrigeration units and Energy Management Systems.
• Leads field teams and mentors technicians on procedures and safety.
• Coordinates service calls and communicates outcomes to customers.
