Walmart is seeking a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician in Streamwood, IL. The role involves maintaining and repairing facility refrigeration HVAC equipment, using hand and power tools, and following safety guidelines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA Refrigerant handling certification Type I/II or Universal.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• 18+ with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using HVAC/R skills and tools.
• Receive repair Work Orders and document repair activities.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete required training to operate equipment safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations per Walmart safety policies.
