Job summary

You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to client specifications. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, procurement, and communication with clients, subcontractors, and field teams, while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of project management experience, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical services, or equipment installation.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of installation processes, safety standards, scheduling, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and installation timelines.
• Coordinate clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field installation teams.
• Oversee equipment procurement, material logistics, and job-site activities.
• Monitor project costs, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Resolve project issues, communicate progress, and manage final project handoffs.
