Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial HVAC or mechanical construction projects, preferably with a mechanical contractor.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC equipment, piping, ductwork, ventilation, and temperature controls.
• Experience coordinating field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from award through installation, commissioning, and closeout.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, labor projections, procurement, and equipment deliveries.
• Coordinate field supervision, project engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure installations align with specifications, submittals, drawings, and codes.
• Monitor costs, productivity, and progress to meet budgets and schedules.
• Lead project meetings and maintain project documentation (RFIs, submittals, changes, minutes).
• Coordinate system startup, controls integration, commissioning, and turnover.
• Manage closeout deliverables, warranties, and as‑builts.
• Support preconstruction budgeting and scope development for HVAC systems.
