Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with GC or CM firms.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, temperature controls, and process control systems.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, coach, and develop team members.
• Experience with subcontractor solicitation, scope development, negotiations, awards and management.
• Understanding of construction scheduling logic and constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial HVAC construction projects from award through completion.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance to ensure safety, schedule adherence and budget.
• Prepare and present technical solutions to clients, owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Lead preconstruction activities including estimating, cost studies, value engineering, scheduling and cash-flow projections.
• Manage competitive bid processes and proposal preparation.
