Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in HVAC or mechanical construction, can read plans and specs, and demonstrate strong organization and communication skills with proficiency in MS Office; Procore is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in HVAC, mechanical construction, or project coordination.
• Ability to read mechanical plans and specs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project management from award through closeout.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Assist with estimating, takeoffs, procurement, and job costing.
• Track schedules, materials, and project progress.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, GCs, and field personnel.
• Support project managers with day-to-day project activities.
