Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in BAS/HVAC controls or building automation with substantial PM responsibility.
• Proven success delivering BAS/HVAC projects to completion.
• Strong understanding of building automation, HVAC systems, and MEP coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead BAS/HVAC controls projects from planning through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, profitability, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Review contracts, define scope, manage changes, and coordinate subcontractor activity to maximize revenue.
• Develop schedules, procurement plans, equipment deliveries, and labor resources.
• Lead internal teams, field personnel, vendors, and subs to meet project objectives.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement recovery plans as needed.
• Ensure drawings, specs, and contract requirements meet safety and code standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, general contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
