Nextech is seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to deliver reliable, high-quality service to commercial clients. You will diagnose, repair, install, and perform preventive maintenance, acting as the trusted expert customers rely on.

You will use iPads for service documentation, maintain tools and a company vehicle, and communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling. This role rewards hands-on work with bonuses and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an HVAC/R field technician.
• EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Journeyman's license may be required in some states.
• May require state-specific licenses.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Perform maintenance and emergency service, including after-hours on-call rotations.
• Document all service details using company-provided iPads.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to high standards.
• Communicate with customers and dispatch to ensure scheduling and service delivery.
• Identify additional service opportunities and discuss with customers.
