Nextech, a leading HVAC/R service provider in the United States, is hiring an HVAC/R Technician for on-site commercial work. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain systems while documenting details via iPads and coordinating with dispatch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HVAC/R technician.
• Journeyman license may be required in some states.
• EPA certification and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Ability to read schematics and work plans.
• Comfort with mobile apps and technology.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Perform maintenance and emergency service, including after-hours on-call.
• Document service details using company-provided iPads.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to high standards.
• Communicate with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Identify additional service opportunities and share with customers.
