Job summary

Nextech is seeking an HVAC/R Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems. You'll handle repairs, preventive maintenance, and on-call support, using iPads to document service details and coordinating with dispatch for efficient scheduling.

The role requires 2+ years of field experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. A Journeyman license may be required depending on the state.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems for commercial clients.
• Perform maintenance and emergency service, including after-hours.
• Document service details using company-provided iPads.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth service.
• Identify additional service opportunities and discuss them with customers.
